Article: CINCINNATI BALLET CLOSES IN ON GOAL.(LIVING)

The Cincinnati Ballet has taken another grand leap forward with more than $3.5 million in new gifts already pledged or expected toward the $10 million goal set for its 21st Century Campaign capital and endowment campaign.

Only $1.5 million remains to be raised before the 21st Century Campaign ends May 13, 2001.

The Cincinnati Ballet already successfully has completed Phase I of its campaign, raising $5 million in 1999-2000.

Leadership gifts worth $3.5 million collectively for Phase I came from Otto M. Budig Jr. and the Budig Family Foundation, the Isaac and Esther Jarson & Stanley and Mickey Kaplan Foundation and Mr. and Mrs. James Ewell.
