There is a new resident at the Highlands of Fort Thomas Health Care Center, and he is proving to be a popular addition.
He stands about a foot tall, weighs about 10 pounds, has hair as white as snow and loves to cuddle. Residents at the nursing home love him.
Meet Sir Harvey, Highlands' newest and most popular resident.
Harvey, a West Highland white terrier, arrived at the nursing home about a month ago, said activities director Kendra Wesley.
Ms. Wesley said Highlands had offered a pet-therapy program every week for the residents. She said the residents enjoyed the therapy so much that they wanted to find a way to make it a part of ...
