Tour de France champion and cancer survivor Lance Armstrong has launched the Cycle of Hope, a national cancer education campaign for people with cancer and those at risk for developing the disease. Armstrong has partnered with his non-profit foundation, the Lance Armstrong Foundation, and Bristol-Myers Squibb Company to create the campaign.
The Cycle of Hope is designed to support early cancer detection; to reduce fear associated with cancer; to encourage a team approach to treatment; and to foster hope in patients and their families fighting the disease.
