Polo Ralph Lauren (NYSE: RL) has announced that the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals confirmed yesterday that Westchester Media's POLO Magazine intentionally traded on Polo Ralph Lauren's goodwill and reputation. The Court of Appeals rejected all of Westchester Media's defenses to the claims of trademark infringement.
