FREEDOM NATIONAL BANK OF NEW YORK
NEW YORK, Feb. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- George A. Russell Jr., former collector-treasurer for the city of Boston, has been named as president of Freedom National Bank of New York (FNB), it was announced here today by FNB Chairman of the Board Edward Lewis. Russell assumed the duties of president and chief executive officer, and also of a director of this $130 million-plus asset bank, effective Jan. 1, 1988.
