Armenian President Robert Kocharian and his Azerbaijani counterpart, Heidar Aliev, met one-on-one in Moscow on 20 June ahead of the CIS summit and then jointly with Russian President Vladimir Putin to discuss the Karabakh conflict, Russian and Azerbaijani agencies reported.
