Motorists using West Side streets in Madison to avoid Beltline construction face more trouble this week.
Paving and utility work, plus removal of abandoned railroad tracks, promise traveling woes on Midvale Boulevard and Odana Road.
City traffic engineers warn that:
*Midvale Boulevard between Yuma Drive and Waite Lane will be half closed on Tuesday and Wednesday as Intercon Construction Co. removes tracks and installs a 12-inch gas main.
On Tuesday morning, traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction, rerouted into the northbound lanes. On Wednesday, traffic will be moved into the southbound lanes.
