Boxes Prestige, part of the expanding Boxes Group, is the new sole supplier of over 100 different cartons for the Virgin Cosmetics Company, owned by Sir Richard Branson. The Northamptonshire-based., specialist in luxury product presentation won the three year rolling contract against `fierce competition' from major packaging companies.
Boxes Prestige's first contract with the Virgin Cosmetics Company was just prior to the latter's launch in 1997, when it produced a carton for part of the Eau de Vie range. Since then the packaging company has helped construct the Christmas range, resulting in an award for the creative use of folding boxboard.
