ROSEMARY IS THE answer to many a gardener's wishes.
Do nothing more than rub your hand over its rich, green leaves and soak in its piney-woods aroma and you'll want it in your garden.
But you need no green thumb to raise this pungent herb. It is an easy-to-grow, hands-off plant. Available in 50 or so varieties, rosemary makes a beautiful topiary or hanging basket, but the tough little performer also grows into a full size landscape shrub which blooms in winter when nothing else is in flower.
