Mr. G. M. Black, Chairman of Toxin Alert Inc., announced today that the Board of Directors of the Corporation had approved the calling of the Class B Common Share Purchase Warrants for redemption effective at 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on Monday, August 21, 2000.
Each Class B Common Share Purchase Warrant entitles the holder to purchase a common share of Toxin at $1.50 per share and will become void if not exercised by August 21, 2000.
