From daily workouts to bowling and swimming, this group of retired men and women stay active and make friends five days a week.
Seatack Recreation Center on Birdneck Road holds its seniors program - activities designed for people over the age of 65 - Monday through Friday. The participants gather each morning for games, arts and crafts and a healthy dose of camaraderie.
