CHAMBER APPOINTMENTS: Sylvia M. Farrar was promoted from vice president of finance and administration to senior vice president of finance and administration for the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce. Amy G. Bull, director of communications and public information, was promoted to vice president of communications. Farrar also serves as the chamber's liaison on the local organizing committee for the upcoming Junior Olympic Games.
