ANYONE SEEKING diversity in a quiet, scenic, middle-class community may end their search at Windsor Oaks.
The neighborhood, where most houses were built in the 1970s, is a mix of military families, civilians and senior citizens.
``Windsor Oaks is a family-oriented neighborhood with affordable, single-family houses,'' said Sandy Preiser, Realtor at Rose & Womble.
