Investment to Fund Continued Rapid Growth
SAN FRANCISCO, July 10 /PRNewswire/ --
Topica Inc., the leading provider of email content for consumers and professionals, announced today that it has secured $28 million in equity financing. Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Private Equity and European venture capital firm TLcom Capital Partners led the round. TLcom Managing Director Maurizio Caio, who is a former head of Bain & Company's Telecom/Technology Group, will join Topica's Board of Directors. Previous Topica investors August Capital, Highland Capital Partners, Moore Capital Management, Draper-Richards and Angel Investors also participated in this round.
