Dana Corp. has sold most of the global Warner Electric businesses to Colfax Corp., Richmond, Va., whose other brands include IMO Pump, Allweiler, Boston Gear, Ameridrives, Morse Controls and Sierra International. The sale included all of the Warner Electric Industrial Products business and part of its Warner Electric Motors and Controls business.
