KUALA LUMPUR, July 10 Asia Pulse - The property outlook for the Klang Valley is expected to continue improving although the current state of oversupply in office and retail space will retard a speedy recovery.

Ravindra Dass, director of Dass Mohamad Chartwell Brooke Hillier Parker Sdn Bhd, attributed this to the recovery of primary sectors namely manufacturing, the rise in exports of primary commodities and the new start in the construction sector.
