The initial thing that hits me as I meet Stuart Melville is his energy. I joined him half way through the day but the marketing services manager at Blacks Leisure Group (BLG) had already been at the company's head office in Newcastle since 6.30am working out in the on-site gym. Melville is in charge of print buying for the whole of BLG, which includes the brands First Sport, AV (Active Venture), Blacks and Millets.
