Jul. 9--Clary Howard has been promoted to banking center manager for the Bank One Carter Road office. Howard has been banking for 14 years and previously worked as an assistant manager at the Frederica Street banking center. Howard is a Junior Achievement volunteer and a member of Owensboro Christian Church.
Stacy Willis has been named banking center manager for Bank One's main office banking center. Willis has been with Bank One for 17 years and previously worked as an assistant manager at the main office banking center. Willis is an officer of the Area Financial Institution Security Association and a member of Immaculate Catholic Church.
