Goldstone Overseas Corporation acquired on June 9, 2000 a stake in the Peruvian textiles company San Cristobal from Bradley Corporation, which holds 29.73% of the capital stock. Goldstone's entry into SanCristobal's capital will allow the latter to strengthen its position abroad. Bradley sold 1.943mil shares to Goldstone for Soles$4.09mil (US$1.17mil).
