Because Dane County has added more to its population than any other Wisconsin county in the last 10 years, we in Dane County have to choose what our county should look and be like. One choice is a lot worse than what we have now -- it's sprawl on the edges of our cities and villages and scattered houses in our countryside. It's Odana Road times 10.
