Jul. 12--EULESS, Texas--It'll soon be easier to find Krispy Kreme Doughnuts in the Metroplex.
A regional Krispy Kreme franchisee said yesterday that he expects to begin building a production and distribution center next month in Euless. The center could begin serving Metroplex supermarkets, convenience stores and other retailers in November, co-franchisee John Orrell said.
Orrell and his two partners own and operate the 15-month-old Krispy Kreme store in Arlington and a nearly 3-month-old location in Grapevine. The group is sticking with its previously announced plans for six to eight more Krispy Kreme shops in the Fort Worth-Dallas area, but wholesale ...
