Prices on February-closed home and condominium sales in King County rose from a year ago, but the rate of increase slowed from a year ago, figures from the Northwest Multiple Listing Service show.
The median price on closed sales was $225,000 in February, up 4 percent from the same month a year ago and up 1 percent from January. The multiple listing service said the number of homes and condos added to listings in the county rose from a year ago, although the total inventory of properties listed is still down.
In Snohomish County, the median price on February's closed home and condo sales was $181,575, up 4 percent from a year ago. In Pierce County, the ...
