NASCAR Winston Cup rookie Matt Kenseth hasn't made the spectacular splash of his first-year counterpart Dale Earnhardt Jr. but the Wisconsin native is still tops in the rookie class and a star on the Busch Grand National circuit.
Despite Earnhardt Jr.'s series best two victories this year, Kenseth's consistency has earned him a one-point lead over Earnhardt Jr. in the Rookie of the Year standings. Kenseth's two Busch wins have put him third in that series points chase, 253 behind leader Jeff Green - and Kenseth hasn't even entered every race.
