Guariroba the consortium teamed by Agbar (Sociedade General das Aguas de Barcelona), Copel Engenharia, and Sanesul (Empresa de Saneamento de Mato Grosso) won the tender to operate for 30 years the sanitary (water & sewage) utilities service at Mato Grosso do Sul state. For this aim the consortium will pay a R$65mil, and will also tackle R$87mil in debts with the World Bank and Caixa Economica Federal.
