Rolling Dough Gourmet Bakery, a specialty baked-goods chain that has opened three stores in northeastern Ohio in the last six months, has moved its corporate headquarters from Phoenix to the Cleveland area.
Rolling Dough, which sells cinnamon rolls, sticky buns and more than 20 types of muffins and croissants, also plans another local store opening -- in the Westgate Mall in Rocky River -- by year's end, according to John Horseman, an Elyria native and president of the company.
