Mercator Software (Nasdaq: MCTR), the e-business transformation company, today announced preliminary results for the second fiscal quarter, ended June 30, 2000.
Revenues for the first quarter are expected to be modestly above consensus estimates. Due to higher than forecasted sales and marketing expense during the quarter, on a pro forma basis and excluding amortization of intangibles, earnings per share is expected to be below published Wall Street consensus expectations at approximately $0.04 per share.
