Nutrition doesn't have to be confusing or the experts' eating advice contradictory. There's one health principle to remember. Eat more fruits and vegetables.
To refine that dietary advice, strive to eat a variety of them (not just your favorites) and don't drown them in sugar, butter or cheese.
This is not news. People who complain about conflicting nutrition studies and give up on eating healthful foods are kidding themselves. Who hasn't been told to eat their vegetables?
