Sen. John McCain, rearmed by a double victory over Gov. George W. Bush, said today he is building a ''governing coalition'' with Democratic and independent voters and believes more Republicans will join in. An unflinching Bush said he will still win the GOP nomination.
Boarding a plane bound for Spokane, Wash., one of three states holding primaries next week, McCain acknowledged he's ''got a long way to go'' and said he would focus on his conservatism and electability to attract more Republican voters, who so far have favored Bush.
