dick clark restaurants, inc., the restaurant subsidiary of dick clark productions, inc. (Nasdaq:DCPI), has licensed a new unit of "Dick Clark's Bandstand -- Food, Spirits & Fun(TM)" to HMSHost Corporation. The 1,400-square-foot restaurant with full bar service will be located in Terminal B at Newark International Airport and is scheduled to open in Fall 2000.
This agreement completes the three initially planned airport food service adaptations of "Dick Clark's American Bandstand Grill(R)" by HMSHost under license from dick clark restaurants. HMSHost is the leading provider of ...
