Brian Wilson is a big fan of "Brian Wilson."
In fact, the Beach Boys mastermind is such a fan of the Barenaked Ladies' mournful, sympathetic hit song about him "lying in bed" that he reworked it in his own harmony-rich style and covered it on his new double album, "Live at the Roxy Theatre."
"I was shocked when I heard it," Wilson said with a laugh during a recent interview. "I said, 'What! My name in a song?' So we decided to use it and it worked out great."
