The Taming of the Press: Cohen v. Cowles Media Company offers an interesting, insightful view of one of the most important First Amendment cases in recent history.
Interesting, because newspapers typically have argued the right to maintain the confidentiality of their sources rather than to reveal them after promises of anonymity.
