DigitalThink, Inc. (Nasdaq:DTHK), the leading provider of business-to-business e-learning solutions to Fortune 1000 companies, today announced record results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2000.

Revenues for the first quarter of fiscal 2001 were $6.3 million compared with $1.2 million for the same period last year, an increase of 433% and an increase of $2.0 million or 45% over the quarter ended March 31, 2000.
