NEW YORK-A new tenant is taking over the showroom on the corner of 31st Street in the 303 Fifth Avenue building here. Veratex took control of the 11,000-square-foot space in late June and will christen its new showroom during the New York Home Textiles Show this fall.
While Dale Talbert, president and sales manager, said jokingly that the private bathrooms are the best feature of the new showroom, the space features a host of other attributes that reflect the recent success of this growing company.
