Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Ridge today announced the first Pennsylvania day-care centers to go "online" as part of CyberStart -- a first-in-the-nation initiative to put computers in Pennsylvania's day-care centers and link preschoolers to powerful educational material via the World Wide Web.
