LOYALIST killer Michael Stone yesterday had a High Court application to be released from prison three days early dismissed.
Mr Justice Coghlin upheld the Prison Sevice's plan to free him on Monday and not this Friday as he had hoped.
Stone, who has been imprisoned for 12 years, said he has been ''greatly distressed'' by the prospect of being released three days later than expected.
