Danish police have recommended that no criminal charges be pressed against Pearl Jam for the nine deaths during the Seattle band's June 30 performance at the Roskilde Festival.
In a 10-page report filed Wednesday, Roskilde Deputy Chief Constable Bent Rungstrom said he cannot judge who is to blame for the tragic incident.
However, stories circulating online quote the report as saying that Pearl Jam is ``morally responsible'' and that the band incited ``violent behavior'' among audience members.
