I LEARNED A valuable lesson one Thursday when I set out to review 8-week-old Blues Alley on Norfolk's Granby Street. I was mistaken when I presumed a 6:30 p.m. dinner did not warrant a reservation.
Although the linen dressed tables, topped with neatly trimmed butcher paper were not occupied, we were greeted with the dreaded question - for those who have not: ``Do you have reservations?''
