PACKAGED UNITS
The new Predator[TM] commercial, packaged heating and cooling units are available in 6 1/2-, 7 1/2-, 8 1/2-, 10-, and 12 1/2-ton capacities. The units are available in cooling only, cooling with electric heat, and cooling with gas heat and heat pump configurations. Gas/electric units perform in two-stage heating operation, with 60% capacity at first stage and an additional 40% at second stage. All units feature two compressors with independent refrigeration circuits. They can be installed on a roof curb, slab, roof rack, or frame, thanks to a single-footprint design, says the company.
