COMPAQ COMPUTER CORPORATION NAMED RECIPIENT OF PRESIDENTIAL "E" AWARD
WASHINGTON, May 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Compaq Computer Corporation (NYSE:CPQ) today accepted the "E" Award for excellence in exports and export sales. The award was presented by President Reagan during ceremonies in the White House Rose Garden.
Rod Canion, president and chief executive officer, Compaq Computer Corporation accepted the award.
