EVERYONE needs an outlet to express themselves but when issues are hidden deep inside, or communication is difficult or impossible, how do they manage?
One answer is arts therapy. It offers the person the chance to express themselves through music, dance, art or drama. In a safe environment they can deal with issues of anger and hurt without having to explain or justify themselves.
