GEO SPECIALTY CHEMICALS (CLEVELAND) has acquired Tetra Technologies' (Woodlands, TX) aluminum chloride solution business. Terms of the deal were nor disclosed. Geo says the acquisition will form part of its aluminum products group and give the company an additional source of raw material. Terra's aluminum chloride solution business primarily supplies water treatment companies.
