Mary Cairns sees that special something in people that makes her negatives produce positive reactions.
``She's got `the eye,' the ability to see things that others cannot see,'' said her sister, Carolyn Cairns.
Which is why Mary, at 40-something, has become an asset in the Mount Baker neighborhood. She's considered the local portrait photographer, and her works are hanging in many of the homes hereabouts.
``I really enjoy shooting babies . . . without their clothes on. They're so much cuter without clothes!'' said the single mom of two boys, both of whom no longer run around without their clothes. Her oldest son, Colin Miller, 17, already has ...
