Greed will turn people into scheming, amoral weasels willing to do just about anything if enough money is involved.
This is not exactly a new insight into human behavior, but it's all there is to be gleaned from the two big reality hits of the summer, the runaway smash "Survivor" and the less successful but doubly annoying "Big Brother."
I have to admit, "Survivor," which airs at 7 p.m. Wednesday on CBS' WBBM Channel 2, finally succeeded in sucking me in with its tales of 16 persons stranded on an island in the South Pacific, with one kicked off each week until the last remaining castaway wins $1 million.
