This is the last issue of FOREIGN POLICY as you know it. Our next issue marks the debut of a new format, new features, and a new frequency--we will soon arrive in your mailbox or at your newsstand every two months instead of every three.
This news should not surprise our readers. By now, you are likely used to FOREIGN POLICY's propensity for innovation. In the last few years, we have changed our design, added several sections, and introduced new graphic elements.
