Arthur D. Little (ADL, 20 Acorn Park, Cambridge, MA 02140; Tel: 617/498-5820, Fax: 617/498-7114) has merged its Epyx unit, a fuel processing business, with De Nora Fuel Cells (Via Bistolfi, 35, 20134 Milano, Italy; Tel: (+39) 02-2 12 91; Email: DENORAspa@mail.sko.it), a subsidiary of De Nora.
The new company, called Nuvera Fuel Cells, brings together technology from the U.S. and Europe to produce complete fuel-cell systems for applications in the stationary power and transportation markets.
