Mondavi and Marriott are synonymous as far as American success stories are concerned. Lately the Seoul skyline has seen a new addition baring the name``Marriott'', located above Express Bus Terminal at the southern end of Banpo bridge. To me, the presence of Marriott is way overdue here in Seoul and I didn't waste anytime in checking out this new hotel.
To some, the word ``Marriott'' may sound unfamiliar, as the company initially wasn't large enough to compete with such names as Hilton and Sheraton, to name few.
