LayerOne, Inc., a global provider of neutral colocation facilities, today announced an agreement with Stonehenge Telecom, a leading international Voice over IP (VoIP) service provider, giving Stonehenge access to on-net colocation space for its primary Latin American point of presence in LayerOne's Miami NEXUS facility.
