One-fourth of job seekers are either reluctant to take employer-mandated personality tests or would refuse to take such tests, according to the findings of an online poll of nearly 6,000 job- seekers. The poll was created by CareerBuilder Inc. (Nasdaq: CBDR) and hosted by MSN Careers.
"In most cases, the benefits of using personality tests still outweigh the risks," said Rob McGovern, chairman and CEO of CareerBuilder.
