DULUTH, Minn. _ Those who visit Duluth seldom think it's a warm place, but 12-year-old Clare Walsh does.
The Northern Ireland native is visiting Duluth for the second time in as many years as part of a 27-year-old program to bring young children from her country to Minnesota for the summer.
Temperatures in Northern Ireland peak at 70 degrees Fahrenheit during the summer, so Duluth's recent 80-plus-degree days have been a welcome change to Clare.
