Two different types of "big" projects are the focus of the Environmental and Land Use Law Section, as well as a variety of other efforts.
At its June 22 meeting during the Bar's Annual Meeting, the section executive council worked on updating its landmark, multi-volume handbook on environmental and land use law and looked at ways to better educate the public about environmental risks.
Section Chair Lawrence Sellers said the section has contracted with a professional publisher for the environmental and land use treatise, and publication is set for August. Using the professional publisher, he said, ensures a better product and frees the section to ...
